It happens to me all the time. You know, those "why didn't I think of that?" moments. They usually hit when you find a product that is so simple, yet so ingenious. This is the case with the Cozy Care Cape from Spa Time Baby.
You know when you're getting your baby out of the bathtub, towel tucked under your chin, arms outstretched to pick him up, and you're just hoping that the towel doesn't fall before your babe is safely tucked into it? The Cozy Care Cape is a brilliant solution. Like an apron, you throw the terry cloth "cape" over your head, so when it's time to gather baby in your arms, you can do so with no, well, towel slippage. The creators, Debra and Leslie, even thought to add a waterproof panel where so parent's clothes stay dry. Once baby is cozily wrapped inside, you can dry him, or even cuddle and soothe.
The best thing about the Cozy Care is its size. This thing is HUGE and leaves plenty of room to wrap even your toddler! We have been experimenting with this innovative product for a few weeks now and we give it two thumbs up. It's just that practical, and it's cute too!
You can buy this wonderful towel online for $38.95 but The Daily Grind Readers are invited to save 20% by entering promo code "Cozy" at checkout. Orders over $99 have free shipping.
Want to win one? Simply check out Cozy Care Capes and come back here to let us know which is your favorite. Any funny bathtime story enhances your chance of winning too! Contest will end on Friday, September 26th and is open to US residents only.

Orange Splash is definitely my favorite. It would certainly help with my "splashing" little boy! Bath time is his favorite and he certainly takes advantage of running around the house naked when we drop the towel!

Sweetie bubbles is my favorite pick. There's nothing worse than "dealing" with how to get a newborn out of the tub to the towl...scream scream! You can't get those newbie's to warm fast enough!

I like the 'Cow and Moon' or 'Raindrops'. I don't really have a 'funny' bathtime story. One time my son peed in the water just as I set him in, looked down and said "uh, oh". Last week he tried throwing himself backwards in the tub because he wanted to swim on his back. I caught him in time {while my heart was racing}. Sometimes he fusses because he doesn't want to go into the tub but then I can't get him out, he loves water....

I like the blue rainy day ducky cozycare cape.
When my daughter was an infant, her fave bath toy was a turkey baster ( bought new for the tub) that we would rinse her off with. (or that she chewed on) made for some hilarious photos. :)

My favorite is the cow and the moon. What a great idea and in my case I'd probably have to have two since bath time has more or less become a group project. It can be very challenging for me anyway since our puppy likes to sit and wait for any access water to come over the side of the tub and of course everyone thinks this is so hilarious, not to mention that we've had puppy in the tub too so that's where an extra towel might come in handy...one for the baby and one for the puppy. I'm sure my husband would look just adorable ready with the towel for one of them.

What a great idea! "Cow and Moon" is my fave. Thanks for the great giveaway, hope I win!
My story: During Easter, just a few weeks after my little girl was born, we visited family. The first night at my grandfather-in-law's house, EVERYONE crowded into the bathroom to watch Kora's bath. I'm talking parents-in-law, sisters and brother-i-l, grandparents, EVERYONE! Kora loved all the attention and I guess she got a little excited, 'cuz as soon as I took her out of the bathtub, she peed ALL OVER ME! I had to change my entire outfit, including bra and panties. That kid was saving up for a special occasion. Of course, after that, no one wanted to hold her for a while...

I like Going Buggy. I could have used this the other day. I give my son his bath in our kitchen sink. He was playing with those nesting bath cups. He dumped one full of water all over the front of me and all over the floor.
